Holidays - also for us!

After many month of hard work - usually 80 hours a week - we really deserved a few days!

Our "Smartkat" - an inflatable sailing-catamaran gives us thrilling cruises along the coast or sometimes even to the next island.

Besides that we serve our guests, do some work on the boat, mainly tiny left-overs from the shipyard like additional exterior-lights. The boat is getting better every day.

She is a gorgeous boat - 2 time we already had 8 Beaufort, no problems at all!

The technical equipment is working as it should, every day we leave the port or bay with full batteries and reach the next village or island also with full batteries

Sailors gathering around the strange looking boat always ask the same question: "why don´t you use sails?"

"Because we do not need them" - up to now we did not regret having no sails, only very few times sailing boats were faster - usually during a day you have a few hours of wind from not always the right direction - on average the sun is more reliable than the wind and always from the right direction. And the sun makes our watertank full, cools the beer and grills the steaks. The sails don´t! The are of no use when they are furled.
